Wow, it’s a remarkable day for Tapulous. Today, we announced that we are joining Disney. We will be a key part of Disney Interactive Media Group, spearheading their drive to be the leader in mobile entertainment.
As part of Disney Interactive Media Group, we’ll develop more games, more quickly and with the resources of the world’s leading entertainment company. We will continue to develop apps that live at the intersection of music and gaming, but we’ll also push into new and exciting areas of mobile social entertainment. We’re literally bursting with ideas for new apps!
The last two years we’ve been on an amazing ride. We started Tapulous because we love the iPhone. We believed it would change everything, and we wanted to build fun, beautiful apps that tapped into its incredible entertainment power. And we did…
Tap Tap Revenge has been a success beyond our wildest dreams. It’s still the most popular game series on the App Store, with over 35 million downloads and a billion songs played! But it’s about more than numbers…almost everyday I meet players who are crazy for the game, just like me!
There’s a lot of people to thank:

I loved you, been a fan since the beginning, I don’t care how much they offered you sellouts! What’s more important? Keeping your tapulous fanbase or making a jonas brothers revenge and losing fans???

Hey guys! Thanks for the feedback.
So far, the plan is to maintain our current trajectory while exploring some of the opportunities that we now have as a member of Disney. We love Tap Tap Revenge just as much as all of you and want to continue featuring great music in the game.

I’am actually dissapointed. Disney takes over everything. Watch your back and don’t ever let them try to take you over. They go for a lot of things, and “joining” with Disney gives them that chance to own Tapulous!

There better not be a Jonas Brothers Revenge or Miley Cyrus Revenge, or whatever other stupid sh – whatever other stupid artists kids listen to. I had to stop myself from swearing right there. Bieber was bad enough, but at least he’s not a marketable product under Disney. If in fact some childish band/singer Revenge DOES come out, I’m throwing my iPod right out the window. It would only show that Disney is using the Tap Tap Revenge series to earn money from tennagers with achy-breaky hearts.
And don’t get me started on a Pizar Revenge or an “Aladdin Revenge”.

Ok In a way I don’t mind the Disney collab because this means that Tapulous will get more money to fund their awesome games BUT like everyone says here…please stay true to what you guys are. Even though springtime is almost over ,pollen and other allergens are still floating around in the air. This really bugs me because I never want to go out! And even when I stay home, I’m still prone to having an allergic reaction to dust . I’ve tried air purifiers left and right – but it was so hard to find the right one. Thankfully, Air-N-Water has an air purifier guide that helped me target the exact conditions I wanted to get rid of. It turns out that even though many air purifiers filter out all allergens, they don’t always do it well. But there are some that actually target smoke, odors, allergens, pollen, or mold!

Good, smart post. I’ve done this as well and I have to see it’s great in terms of creating brand and ultimately, awareness. I speak about pumashoescom, which is the investors equivalent of lifestreaming — using social media tools to add to and plug into the collective pumashoescom.
