Festivities! by Bart
August 2nd, 2008
It’s another action packed Sunday at Tapulous. All weekend, we are at the iPhone Dev Camp in San Francisco, where we are one of the anchor sponsors. Check out the Twinkle stream of the event. We are also celebrating 1 million users, and you can join the fun (and win!) in three ways:
- We’re still giving away 1000 music albums (unrestricted MP3s brought to you by Lala.com). Choose any music from Lala’s collection of more than 5 million songs – Rihanna, Coldplay, Miley Cirus, Jonas Brothers, Katy Perry, Pussycat Dolls – they have it all! All you need to do is register a Tapulous profile on Tap Tap Revenge or Twinkle (it’s under Settings), with a valid email address, by end of Sunday (If you registered before this weekend, you’re all set). We’ll announce the 1000 winners on Monday morning;
- We’ll be doing a live Tap Tap Revenge tournament from iPhone Dev Camp, tentatively scheduled for around 5.30 PM PST tomorrow. If you’re in the San Francisco area, swing by, meet the crew, and you’ll have a shot at winning 10, 5 or 3 music albums (for the first, second and third place winners). If the schedule changes, we’ll make sure to post it on Twinkle;
- Spread the word about Tap Tap Revenge. We’ll be giving away 10 music albums people who are spreading the word about Tapulous. It can be as simple as sending an email to your friends telling them why you love Tap Tap Revenge or Twinkle, or it can be as creative as a TTR tournament at your house. The simplest thing of all: head over to the App Store and write a review of Tap Tap Revenge or Twinkle, then let us know on Get Satisfaction. Read all about it, and participate, here. We’ll pick the winners on Monday morning.
On top of that, every Tapulous member gets 100 free web songs at lala.com! You will receive an email on Monday with instructions on how to claim your songs.
And the action continues on into next week: on Monday morning we’ll be announcing the winners of the first Tappers Idol contest!
Keep sending us the good stuff (to info AT tapulous) – and keep encouraging those around you to try out Twinkle and Tap Tap Revenge – even if they happen to be pigeons:
PS: Looking for some fresh music for Tap Tap Revenge? Check out Kai Cherry’s Direct Inuendo (it’s a Medium track) in the Downloads section.
